Our Services are 100% browser-based and require no software downloads or installations. By accessing or using our Services through your web browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

3. Our Services
Remove Background Pro provides AI-powered background removal and image editing services that operate entirely in your web browser without requiring any software downloads or installations. Our browser-based Services include:
Instant browser-based background removal from images
High-resolution transparent PNG exports (saved to your device, not software)
Browser-based batch processing capabilities (up to 100 images)
Online editing tools for refinement (erase/restore)
API access for developers (where applicable)
All features work directly in your web browser - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or any modern browser. No plugins, extensions, or software installations are required. We continuously improve our online Services and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
4. User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of our browser-based service, you must create an online account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Team Accounts
Our Services support team-based accounts. Team administrators can invite members and manage access. All team members share the same credit pool associated with the team's subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and quarterly subscription plans with different credit allocations for our browser-based service. All plans include the same online features; only the number of credits and the billing period differ. Credits are used to save high-resolution processed images to your device (not to download software).
Trial Period
New users can start a 7-day trial for $0.99 that provides 10 credits to test our browser-based tool. Unless you cancel at least 1 hour before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues on the monthly plan and the applicable subscription fee is charged. No software will be downloaded to your device during the trial or subscription.

Credits and Expiration
Credits are valid only while your subscription is active. Unused credits expire when your subscription ends. There is no rollover of credits between billing periods.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable. For regular subscriptions, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You must cancel during your trial period to avoid being charged for a full subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
7. User Content and Licensing

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use and process such content.
License to Us
By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services. This license ends when you delete your content or terminate your account.
Content Standards
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, violates privacy rights, or infringes on intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All aspects of our Services, including but not limited to the website, software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to AuraBind INC. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our explicit written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURABIND INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
